Next Auto Market Privacy

Effective September 20, 2026 · Version 2026-09-20.2

1. Who operates this service

Next Auto Market is a trade name (DBA) of Next Auto System, owned by Graveran Holdings LLC, which is responsible for this customer experience. This notice covers the Next Auto Market website, requests, account, reviews and support. A DBA is not a separate legal person. Next Auto System professional tools have their own notices; independent sellers are responsible for their own data practices.

2. Information and sources

We receive information you provide: name, phone, email, vehicle preferences, delivery ZIP or location, budget, down payment, approximate income, self-reported credit range, trade-in details, notes and authorizations. We may also receive messages, appointments, files you choose to attach and reviews, as well as responses and updates from providers handling your request.

Using the site involves technical data such as IP address, browser, session, activity and security logs, and we may receive an approximate location from the connection. If you request precise device location, your browser asks permission. You can enter your ZIP without granting that permission.

A vehicle request is not a credit application: we do not request an SSN or pull your credit. Do not put SSNs, passwords, access codes, account or card numbers or identity documents in notes, reviews or support. A later financing application with a provider has its own notice and authorization.

3. How we use information

To maintain your account and draft, authenticate access, prepare and manage requests, find options and providers, coordinate contact and appointments, display reviews, provide support and resolve issues. Also to protect the service, prevent abuse, retain authorization records and meet legal obligations. Budget and income information describe your request; they do not represent a credit decision or approval promise.

The form draft is saved in this browser tab. Before publication we may already process information for features you request, such as searches, SMS authentication and support. Publishing sends the request to the seller network; it is not the beginning of all technical processing.

4. Recipients and how the service is funded

When you publish, request contact or book an appointment, we share request details and, when applicable, contact information with the sellers, dealers or brokers receiving it so they can respond. Contact authorization is presented separately before submission. Providers may pay the platform to access a request and its contact details. That paid transfer may be a sale of personal information under certain state laws; we do not characterize it as if no sale of information ever occurs.

Recipients use your information under their own responsibilities and notices. You may ask us about recipients of your request. Withdrawing a request or authorization does not automatically retrieve copies already delivered; we can help communicate a request to those recipients.

The provider preview may show request characteristics, city, state, ZIP and trade-in photos. Access to the contact may reveal the name, phone, email, supplied address, message, VIN and trade-in details or photos you provided. Do not put identifying or private information in photos or notes that you do not want to disclose to recipients. The authorization shown describes the contact scope and number of recipients.

Hosting and database, authentication, SMS or email delivery, storage, security and automated assistance services help operate the features you request. We may also disclose information as needed to meet a legal obligation, protect rights or investigate fraud, or in a business reorganization or transfer with applicable safeguards.

5. Text messages, calls and email

Requesting an access code authorizes that authentication SMS, not, by itself, advertising or marketing calls. Marketing authorization describes the relevant channels and recipients and is not a condition of buying a vehicle. Frequency depends on the interaction; carrier charges may apply.

You can reply STOP to an SMS, withdraw consent in your account or email the privacy contact. Contact support for help. Opting out of one sender does not necessarily reach independent providers: tell us if you want to withdraw all platform authorizations. We may still address communications necessary for security, your own request or a legal obligation without using them as promotions.

6. Cookies, browser storage and external services

The site uses session cookies and browser storage for access, drafts, shopping location and support continuity. You can delete or restrict them in your browser, although some features may stop working and you may lose a draft. This does not erase records already on our servers.

Seller websites and external services have their own notices. Do not assume their practices are ours. A browser Do Not Track signal is not, by itself, a contact opt-out. Use the rights channel below to request exclusion from sale or contact; we do not promise automatic signal processing that has not been implemented.

7. Automated assistance and public content

The assistant uses AI, including the OpenAI API, to process your messages and the context needed to respond. Conversations are saved for support continuity and may be reviewed by authorized staff. Responses may be incorrect and are not legal or financial advice or a binding offer. You may request human assistance; immediate availability is not guaranteed.

Reviews and the author name displayed with them may be public. Do not post another person's private information. Support messages and request notes are not public reviews.

8. Retention, security and closing an account

Retention depends on the type of information, request status, delivery of the service and justified security, claims and compliance needs. Authorization or opt-out evidence and some transaction records may need to remain after an account is closed. Backups may have a different removal cycle from active systems.

Closing an account disables its use; it does not by itself delete all information. Use the privacy channel to request deletion. We will explain applicable exceptions. We use access controls and technical protection measures; no service can guarantee absolute security. Never share access codes and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your rights and privacy requests

You may request access, correction or deletion. Depending on your state and applicable law, you may also request a portable copy, opt out of sale or targeted advertising, limit sensitive uses or appeal a denial. Using the service does not waive mandatory rights; we do not penalize their exercise.

Email support@nextautomarket.com with the subject ‘Privacy’, your request and the associated email or phone. No account is required. We request proportionate identity checks only when needed to protect access or deletion; do not email sensitive documents. Sale or contact opt-outs require only enough information to locate the record. An authorized agent may act for you. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain exceptions or extensions.

10. Age, scope and changes

Vehicle requests are intended for people aged 18 or older in the United States, not minors. If you believe a minor supplied information, contact support so we can investigate and address deletion where appropriate. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, whose legal protections may differ.

We display this notice's date and version. For material changes we will provide notice and obtain any additional authorization required by law before an incompatible new use. Updating the text alone does not retroactively expand your authorizations.
